At present time, this official advice and guidance states there is no clear rationale to cancel or postpone events, and that most people can continue to go to work, school and other public places as usual. The venues and services managed by Awen Cultural Trust will, therefore, remain open and operational for the foreseeable future.
Until such time that the official advice and guidance changes, Awen Cultural Trust’s normal ticketing terms and conditions apply. We continue to recommend that customers read and understand these terms and conditions, before making a purchase.
As the wellbeing of our customers, visitors and staff is paramount, we are implementing a range of measures to help protect against exposure to coronavirus, such as providing hand sanitisers in addition to soap dispensers, displaying posters on effective hand washing and good hygiene, and increasing our cleaning routines within our buildings.
If you are planning to attend one of our events, please be aware that we are moving towards cashless payments, as the World Health Organisation has warned that the virus can be transmitted between customers and staff via bank notes and coins. We would therefore encourage you to bring a debit or credit card, if possible.
