Are you interested in film-making? Would you like to learn more about different parts of the industry, from acting and writing, to lighting, sound, costume, hair and makeup?
Now’s your chance to ask professionals your questions, and find out how you can be part of a new Blaenau Gwent-based film next year – either in front of or behind the camera – as we welcome It’s My Shout to the Met.
It’s My Shout is an independent, Welsh film production company, providing training for all ages interested in gaining experience in the film industry. This summer, over 450 talented trainees – from directors to writers, actors to crew – were involved in producing eight short dramas for BBC Wales and S4C.
The It’s My Shout team will be at the Met in Abertillery on Wednesday 15th November. To find out more about their work and how you can get involved next year, pop along to the venue between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.
It’s My Shout at the Met is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, in partnership with Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council.
