At B-Leaf and Wood-B we offer hands-on, work-based learning opportunities in horticulture, grounds maintenance and carpentry.

Our trainees are supported by a team of dedicated and experienced staff who help them to develop new skills at their own pace, make new friends and feel part of a community, and lead more independent and fulfilled lives. All trainees receive a personal development plan, including opportunities to attend courses with Bridgend College, travel training and free or paid work placements.

We will be hosting a free, informal Information Day at B-Leaf in Bryngarw Country Park, CF32 8UU from 10am until 2pm on Friday 9th December 2022. Pre-booking is not required.
